I don't think Hell and Heaven are definite nor separate. I think we experience them both, each for a period of time and then our mind fades. There is no eternity. All this happens while you die. Not forever.

When you're in your mind you start to think about things.
When you're so far in your mind you forget about the physical world, past, present and future come together, merge and provide insight - normally on the future - and give you answers to questions you otherwise wouldn't have. I call these thoughts prospective mental convulsions.
